Skull Creek: immediacy

I know I posted only an hour or so ago, but I have been sitting on deck and watching the slanting light change on masts of nearby boats, the ebbing tide swirl vortices around pilings—I tried to photograph them, but failed.  We are miracles of evolution.  I, who am significantly blind, see better than any camera.
I felt the slight breeze against my skin and saw clouds anvil head in the sky to the north.  Rain must be falling there.
From GANNET the water is within arm’s reach.
        I love it.
