Chris, in Durban, South Africa, just sent me the above images which he found at the NOAA Emergency Response Imagery Site. The blue arrows point at GANNET. Chris, who walked GANNET out of her slip when I left Durban in February—it seems much longer ago—identified the little boat by the solar panels on her deck. I think this is certain proof that she is all right. Things might be wet on the inside, but that wouldn't be for the first time. Relief washes over me. I had not realized how tense I still was.
